RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- This is a part time position averaging 20 hours / week.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Must be able to obtain necessary insurance licensing.
Compensation $1,600.00 - $3,200.00 per month
